Growth Proposal

Paid Acquisition Setup for Generation-e

Three phases, in the order they have to happen. Messaging and the pages people land on, then the tracking that tells a qualified lead from a form fill, then Google and LinkedIn campaigns built against both. A 90-day start with the first month of management included, and a weekly working session with us throughout.

Context

Where things stand

Your FY27 plan sets the three pillars, the customer profile and the channels you want to build. This proposal covers one part of that: getting paid acquisition live and measurable, so you can see whether Google and LinkedIn bring the right organisations to the door.

The site runs on HubSpot and the tracking is already installed. Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Meta pixel and Bing UET all fire on the live site today, which we checked rather than assumed. What we cannot see from outside is what those tags are actually recording: whether conversion events are configured, how they feed into HubSpot, and whether there is an agreed definition of a qualified lead sitting behind them. That is the first thing Phase 2 looks at, and it decides how much of the tracking work is a build and how much is a tidy-up. The fee is the same either way.

The phases below run in the order the work depends on. Messaging and pages first, because ads need somewhere to point. Tracking second, because the platforms learn from conversion data and the sooner that starts the better later campaigns perform. Campaigns third, once there is something to send traffic to and a way to measure it.

The core opportunity: you already have the audience data most advertisers spend years building. Over 40,000 contacts, 8,000 of them live as marketing contacts in HubSpot, plus seven Microsoft specialisations, named enterprise customers and a webinar library. The 8,000 are enough to build matched audiences and retargeting pools on day one, and the rest is worth a look at what should be brought back into play.

Phase 1

Messaging, website and landing pages

Weeks 1 to 2. Ads need something specific to point at, and pages built to convert. This phase writes the messaging and rebuilds the site those pages sit in.

1.1

Campaign Messaging

The copy the ads and the pages run on. Your FY27 plan already names the lead plays for each pillar and the next step you want buyers to take, so this turns that into ad and page copy.

  • Ad messaging and headlines per pillar, built from the plays already in your plan
  • Landing page copy for each campaign page, matched so the message holds from click to form
  • Booking form fields and question wording, so enquiries arrive with role, company size, trigger and timeframe attached
  • Review of how the competitors on your list position their own entry point
  • A working session per pillar to confirm what that pillar is offering, and where we would advise a change

The website

The campaign landing pages are built as part of the rebuild, so the site and the pages the ads point at come from the same design. Your site currently runs on HubSpot and the structure is mid-migration to the new pillars: the nav and solutions hub use the new three, most pages underneath still sit at the old practice addresses, and the three customer stories point at a retired address and return a 404.

We pulled the sitemap to size it properly. There are 248 URLs, but that number is misleading.

Pulled from your sitemap, 31 July 2026. Around 91 pages are genuinely yours; the other 157 are syndicated posts that either migrate on a template or get retired with redirects. So this is a ten-template job rather than a 248-page one.

What the landing pages target

One page per pillar, each pointed at the lead play your own plan names for it and at the search demand that actually exists behind it.

PageYour lead playAU search demand
Contact centre and Teams VoiceCX & CommunicationsContact centre uplift, Teams Voice change, call quality fix~5,300 / mo
Meeting rooms and workplace AVWorkplace TechnologyMeeting rooms that just work, standard room rollout, workplace refresh~1,900 / mo
Microsoft 365 and CopilotAI & PlatformsCopilot readiness and rollout, governance uplift, identity and device baseline~1,500 / mo

Lead plays quoted from your FY27 plan. Search demand is the commercial share of each cluster in Australia, pulled 31 July 2026, and it is why CX & Communications gets the first page. A fourth page splitting contact centre from Teams Voice is worth adding once we see which of the two produces, at $1,200.

1.2

Redesign and rebuild in Astro

A redesign, not a re-skin. New design direction across around ten templates, rebuilt as code, with the three campaign landing pages included.

  • New design across the homepage, the three pillar pages and the solution templates, so the site looks like a company selling modern work and AI
  • The enquiry path designed in from the start rather than added on afterwards
  • The pillar structure resolved properly, so the navigation matches the way you now sell
  • Three campaign landing pages, one per pillar, written to the problem the ad promised so the message holds from click to form
  • Two rounds of changes on the design and copy, then built on your approval
  • Pages live as files in a repository, so an agent can add a page, build a section or ship a change as a reviewable code change
  • New landing pages and campaign variants built in hours, so testing is never waiting on the website
  • HubSpot forms throughout, rebuilt shorter and asking the questions that qualify, with contacts and lifecycle stages working the way they do now
  • Content managed through the repository, or a lightweight editor we connect for the pages that change often
  • Static and fast by default, with clean markup and full control of metadata
  • The customer stories rehosted, so they stop returning a 404

Worth seeing before you decide. We would rather show you a direction than quote blind. If a rebuild is of interest we will put concepts together for the homepage and one pillar page, then price the build against the agreed template count.

Phase 2

Tracking and audiences

Weeks 2 to 3, running alongside the build. Every tag is already on the site; this connects them to actions worth measuring, to HubSpot, and to the audiences the campaigns will use. It starts early on purpose, because the platforms learn from conversion data and the sooner that starts accruing the better later campaigns perform.

2.1

Conversion Tracking Infrastructure

What counts as a conversion, agreed first, then wired through every platform and into your CRM.

  • Agreement on what counts as a conversion: form submissions as primary, split by offer so each pillar reports separately
  • Call tracking recommendation, since your numbers are currently plain text rather than tap-to-call links
  • Google Tag Manager audit and clean-up of the existing container
  • GA4 event configuration against the new campaign actions
  • Google Ads conversion tracking: form submissions, phone clicks, booking completions
  • LinkedIn conversion tracking via the existing Insight Tag
  • HubSpot review: that conversions land in the right buckets and lifecycle stages fire when they should
  • An agreed definition of a qualified lead, mapped to a HubSpot lifecycle stage
  • Offline conversion import, so qualified leads in HubSpot report back to Google and LinkedIn
  • Your command centre dashboard built, so you can see results across all marketing channels in one place
  • Every conversion path tested before launch
2.2

Audience Setup

Your database connected to the ad platforms. You hold account-level categorisation rather than customer and prospect flags on contacts, so we build the audiences from that and from engagement history in HubSpot.

  • HubSpot ads integration connected to LinkedIn, Google and Meta
  • Your 8,000 marketing contacts synced as matched audiences on each platform
  • Audiences cut by account and by engagement recency, since contact-level customer and prospect flags do not exist yet
  • Suppression lists built from your account records, so you stop paying to reach existing customers
  • Company and contact lists uploaded for account-based targeting, so campaigns can be pointed at named organisations
  • Website retargeting audiences configured across both channels
  • Expected match rates confirmed before launch, so the targeting is sized realistically. On 8,000 contacts, expect roughly 2,500 to 3,000 to be found on LinkedIn
  • A read on the 32,000 contacts sitting outside marketing, and which of them are worth bringing back in
Phase 3

Campaigns

Built in week 3 and live in week 4, then run monthly. Both channels target the same profile from different directions: Google catches the people already searching, LinkedIn reaches the ones who are not.

3.1

Google Ads

We sized Australian demand before writing the budget. Five clusters carry genuine commercial intent; the rest of the category is navigational or contaminated with job seekers and consumer traffic.

ClusterAU searches / monthCost per click
Contact centre and CCaaScontact centre solution, cloud contact center, ccaas, omnichannel contact center~2,700$8 to $31
Teams Voice and callingteams phone, microsoft teams calling, direct routing, operator connect~1,790$3 to $11
Corporate AV and meeting roomsav integration, boardroom audio visual, meeting room technology, room booking~1,900$2 to $5.50
Microsoft partner and M365microsoft 365 consultant, microsoft solutions partner, copilot consulting~1,500$3 to $20
SIP trunking and voice carriagesip trunk australia, sip trunk providers australia~820$5 to $12

Australian volumes, pulled 31 July 2026. Click costs in AUD, converted from platform estimates.

  • One campaign per cluster, so budget can move to whichever is producing
  • Keyword research and mapping to the right landing page
  • A responsive search ad for each of up to 10 ad groups, with 15 headlines and 4 descriptions
  • Sitelink, callout and structured snippet extensions written for every campaign
  • Negative keyword list built before launch, covering job seekers, training, AV hire, home theatre, university room bookings and contact centre outsourcing
  • Brand campaign to defend your own name
  • Manual bid control while conversion volume is still thin
  • Two rounds of changes on the copy, then live on your approval

Worth knowing before you set expectations: the whole category is finite. Copilot is the clearest example. It draws around 49,000 Australian searches a month, but the results page is microsoft.com and those people want the product, not a partner. Filter to people actually shopping for help and the commercial Copilot cluster is roughly 230 a month. That is why Google is the smaller half of the media split.

3.2

LinkedIn Ads

Targeted by company size and job title rather than by lookalike, so every impression is against a named profile you would actually sell to.

Who we targetTitles and functionsEst. AU audience
Technology leadershipCIO, IT Director, Head of Technology, IT Manager, Infrastructure Manager~10,000
Service and operationsCustomer Service Director, Contact Centre Manager, Head of Operations, CX Lead~7,000
Workplace and propertyWorkplace Manager, Head of Property, Facilities Manager, Head of Employee Experience~5,000

Company size 250-plus, Australia, manager level and above. Audience figures are our estimates built from ABS business counts; we pull the exact numbers from Campaign Manager in week one and set budgets against those.

The campaigns we would run

  • Awareness: single image and thought-leader ads against cold audiences, so the name is familiar before anything asks for a form
  • Webinar and event registration: your webinars promoted to cold and warm audiences, with registrations flowing into HubSpot. You already run these, so it is the lowest-friction ask in the account
  • Lead gen: in-platform lead forms, pre-filled from LinkedIn profiles, for people who have already engaged
  • Free audits and assessment calls: direct-response campaigns behind whichever entry offer each pillar settles on, asking for a booked call rather than a download
  • Retargeting: site visitors, webinar registrants and video and ad engagers, with existing customers suppressed. Document ads run here, where they work best, rather than cold
  • Campaign Manager setup, billing and conversion configuration
  • Your marketing contacts uploaded as matched audiences, and your account records as a suppression list so you stop paying to reach existing customers
  • 9 static ad creatives, three per campaign theme, with variants across hooks and placements
  • Copy variants included: intro text and headline written for every ad
  • Two rounds of changes on the creative and copy, then live on your approval
3.3

Meta Ads Optional

A cheaper way to stay in front of people already in your database, and to fill webinars.

  • Business Manager, pixel and Conversions API setup
  • Custom audiences built from your marketing contacts, and from site and webinar engagement
  • Retargeting and webinar promotion, where the cost per registration is usually well below LinkedIn
  • 6 static ad creatives, adapted from the LinkedIn set for Meta placements
  • Two rounds of changes on the creative and copy, then live on your approval

What to budget for media. We would start at $4,500 a month across the two channels: $2,500 to Google and $2,000 to LinkedIn, with another $1,000 if you add Meta. Paid by you straight to the platforms, and Red Valkyrie never charges a percentage of spend.

Starting LinkedIn low is deliberate. Targeting this tightly, by company size and job title against a few thousand matched contacts, means a small budget still reaches the same people often enough to register. We would rather find out which campaigns produce at $2,000 and put money behind those than spread more across all of them in month one. Google is capped by the category itself: above roughly $5,000 a month there is little left worth buying. Both numbers get confirmed against the Campaign Manager forecast in week one, and reviewed every month.

Reporting

Your command centre

One live view across every channel, so you are never reconciling platforms that disagree with each other. Included free for as long as you work with us, and live from the day campaigns launch.

It pulls Google, LinkedIn and your HubSpot data into a single dashboard, updated daily. We do not sell it separately and it is not an add-on: every client we manage gets it, because it is how we work rather than something we upsell. What sits on it:

Spend and leads by channelDaily, so nothing runs for a fortnight before anyone notices.
Cost per lead, and per qualified leadAgainst the definition agreed at kickoff, so both numbers mean the same thing to your sales team as to us.
Which accounts the spend reachedCompany-level reporting on LinkedIn, so you can see whether the money is landing on organisations that fit.
Which angles and creative performedJudged on bookings, not clicks.
Bookings and pipeline in HubSpotTracked from ad click through to lifecycle stage.

Alongside it, a read-out at the end of the managed month. We would rather set targets at kickoff than in a proposal: once the LinkedIn audience forecast and your actual conversion rates are in front of us, we will agree what good looks like for each channel and report against it. An enterprise sale runs longer than a launch month, so the first read is about lead quality and cost, not closed revenue.

Timeline

How it runs

WEEK 1

Access, messaging and design direction

Accounts handed over on day one. A working session per pillar, messaging agreed, and the design direction for the site signed off by the end of the week. Campaign Manager forecasts pulled so budgets are set against real numbers before anything is built.

WEEK 2

Site rebuilt, tracking started

The redesign built in Astro with the three landing pages in it. Tracking runs in parallel from the same day: container cleaned up, conversions defined and wired, HubSpot connected.

WEEK 3

Audiences, creative and campaign build

Segments synced into every platform, suppression and retargeting audiences built, command centre stood up. Creative produced and approved, both ad accounts structured, campaigns built and every conversion path tested.

WEEK 4

Live

Both channels running, monitored daily through the first fortnight where most of the wasted spend is caught. Month one of management starts here and is included in the Phase 3 fee.

WK 4-17

The first 90 days

A working session every week, and a read-out at the end of each month covering what each channel produced, which angles worked and what a lead cost. Months two and three are invoiced monthly with no lock-in, so you decide at each one whether to keep going.

Scope

What we need, and what this is not

What we need from you

  • HubSpot access, including forms, lists, lifecycle stages and the ads tool
  • Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager access
  • Access to the contact database, and a view on which accounts are customers so they can be suppressed
  • A delivery lead per pillar available for one working session
  • The final call on what each pillar offers a prospect as a first step. Your plan sets the direction; we need it confirmed before the ads are written.
  • A named approver who can sign off creative and copy
  • Sign-off on which customer names may be used publicly
  • Brand assets: logo files, fonts and photography. Ad creative is built new, so nothing depends on the age of what you have.

Not included

  • Media spend, paid by you directly to the platforms
  • HubSpot licence costs, including any tier change needed for audience syncing
  • Data cleanup on the 32,000 contacts outside marketing, and any HubSpot tier change needed to activate them
  • Delivering whatever the ads offer, which your team runs
  • Email nurture builds and campaign sends
  • Ongoing content production and link building
  • Organic social posting and community management
  • Event and webinar production and hosting
  • Sales follow-up and CRM administration
  • Photography or design work on assets outside these campaigns
  • New Zealand, which we would size and price separately

One dependency worth naming. Syncing audiences from HubSpot into the ad platforms needs a Marketing Hub tier that supports it. We will confirm what you have in week one and tell you what an upgrade buys before you spend anything on it. If it is not available we upload the lists manually instead, which works but does not stay in sync.

How we work

Terms & approach

No lock-in

Month-to-month after the setup phase. If it is not producing leads, we would rather fix it or stop than keep sending invoices.

No percentage of spend

Flat fees based on expected hours at our standard rate. We never take a cut of your media budget, so our incentives stay aligned with yours.

Senior people on the account

Run by the founders, Brad and Robin. No junior handoff after the pitch.

Your accounts, your data

Every ad account, pixel and audience is built in your name and stays with you.

Invoicing

Setup invoiced on commencement, 14 day terms. Ongoing management invoiced monthly in advance. This quote is valid for 30 days.

Weekly, not monthly

A working session every week with Brad and Robin, including the parts that are not working. You will hear a channel is underperforming from us before you work it out from the numbers.

Ready when you are

The tracking is already on the site and the audience data is already in HubSpot.
The work is connecting them to campaigns and giving people something to say yes to.

Let's get started
